By accessing or using AjeboNest ("we", "us", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

AjeboNest is an online marketplace that connects guests seeking accommodation with hosts who list their properties. We facilitate discovery, booking, and communication but are not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AjeboNest does not independently verify every claim but reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, or violate these Terms.

Bookings are made through the Platform and are subject to the host's cancellation policy. Payment is collected at the time of booking confirmation. Hosts are paid out after check-in, less the Platform's service fee.

You agree not to use the Platform to violate any law, discriminate, harass others, post false content, or circumvent the booking system. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bookings.

AjeboNest provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or guests, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a stay. Disputes are resolved between the parties, with AjeboNest acting as a neutral facilitator where requested.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
