Do not throw cigarette butts on the property.
No parties or events are permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Please request approval for any additional visitors.
From 22:00 (10 PM) to 06:00 (6 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum during these times and avoid using loud appliances.
There is also a midday rest period from 12:00 to 13:00.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
Please ensure they respect the furniture and do not disturb neighbours.
Pets are not allowed unless you have received prior approval.
Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Please use appliances responsibly and never leave the stove or oven unattended.
Clean dishes and surfaces after cooking and separate waste for recycling.
Bag all rubbish and place it in the designated bins. Follow local recycling rules.
Do not leave food waste in the apartment.
Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the property.
Return everything to its original position before departure.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Use only the assigned parking space and do not block neighbours' vehicles.
Obey local parking regulations.
Comply with all local laws and community rules. Treat our home and neighbours with respect.
