Payment schedule and cancellation terms for this property
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due when you book.
The remaining 50% of the rental amount is due 30 days before your check-in date.
A security deposit is due 7 days before arrival.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Note: For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If you cancel at least 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, minus any bank or processing fees.
If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, or no-shows, will not receive a refund.
In cases such as serious illness or travel restrictions, we may at our discretion offer a credit towards a future stay.
Date changes are subject to availability. Changes made less than 30 days before check-in may be treated as a cancellation.
If you do not arrive on the scheduled date and fail to notify us, the reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours and no refund will be given.
Important: By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
